Your clinician needs recent blood work to prescribe safely. Two ways to get it done:

A non-controlled oral therapy that signals your body to make more of its own testosterone — preserving fertility and testicular function. Ideal for men not ready for TRT or planning a family. Labs guide dosing and confirm response.

Quick lab panel at 2,000+ locations near you — or upload recent bloodwork and we may use your existing results.

A licensed clinician reviews your levels, symptoms and goals, builds your personalized plan, and ships it to your door.

Most members notice improvements within weeks. We recheck labs at 90 days and fine-tune your dose.

Answer a few health questions — a licensed provider reviews online. No waiting rooms.

Once approved, your medication ships discreetly to your door.

Tell your care team straight away if you get chest pain or shortness of breath, pain or swelling in a leg, sudden weakness or trouble speaking, blurred vision or flashes, or severe abdominal pain.
Common side effects
Rare but serious
Do not take this if no FDA reviewed contraindications exist for enclomiphene. Your clinician decides whether it is appropriate from your history and your labs.
This is not a complete list of side effects. Message your care team about any symptom that worries you. What we dispense is a compounded preparation made by a licensed US pharmacy. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality.
Enclomiphene prompts your own body to produce more testosterone rather than supplying it from outside. That means it generally preserves fertility and testicular function, which testosterone therapy does not.
Men with low testosterone whose testes still respond to signalling from the brain — often younger men, or men who want to protect fertility. Your labs and history determine whether it is a reasonable option for you.
Levels typically begin rising within a few weeks. Symptom changes usually follow over one to three months. Follow-up labs confirm whether it is working.
Headache, mood changes and visual disturbances are reported. Tell your clinician about anything that persists, particularly changes in vision.
