Sermorelin signals your pituitary to release its own growth hormone, preserving the natural pulse and the feedback loops that come with it. That is the argument for it over direct growth hormone. It is injected at night on an empty stomach, because that is when the body’s own release naturally peaks.

Inject the prescribed dose subcutaneously at bedtime, five nights per week, on an empty stomach
There is no sermorelin product on the US market with FDA approval today. The two products that were approved were discontinued, and neither was approved for anti-aging, sleep or body composition. That means there is no FDA reviewed safety label for what is dispensed and no established side effect rate.
Tell your care team straight away if you get swelling, redness or a lump at the injection site that does not settle, a rash, trouble breathing, headaches that will not go, or swelling in your hands or feet.
This is not a complete list of side effects. Message your care team about any symptom that worries you. What we dispense is a compounded preparation made by a licensed US pharmacy. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality.
Growth hormone is supplied directly. Sermorelin prompts your pituitary to release its own, which preserves the natural pulse and the feedback that regulates it.
Your own growth hormone release peaks during early sleep, and food — particularly carbohydrate — blunts it. Dosing at night on an empty stomach works with that rhythm.
Reports centre on sleep quality and recovery. Evidence for wellness use is limited compared with its diagnostic history, so measured expectations are appropriate.
Redness or itching at the injection site is the most common, along with flushing and occasional headache.
