There is no FDA approved NAD product for injection or infusion, so there is no FDA reviewed safety label for it and no established side effect rate. It has not been approved for energy, focus, recovery or aging.
Tell your care team straight away if you get chest tightness, shortness of breath, flushing with a pounding heartbeat during an infusion, nausea you cannot settle, or a rash or swelling.

Reports vary. Some people describe improved energy and mental clarity; others notice little. This is a wellness-oriented therapy rather than a treatment for a diagnosed condition, and it is worth going in with measured expectations.
Flushing, nausea or a sensation of warmth around the time of dosing are the most commonly reported, along with irritation at the injection site.
