Your clinician needs recent blood work to prescribe safely. Two ways to get it done:

The first-line replacement for hypothyroidism confirmed on your Vitals Vault thyroid panel. Taken each morning on an empty stomach; dose is fine-tuned on TSH/Free T4 labs at 6–8 weeks.

Quick lab panel at 2,000+ locations near you — or upload recent bloodwork and we may use your existing results.

A licensed clinician reviews your levels, symptoms and goals, builds your personalized plan, and ships it to your door.

Most members notice improvements within weeks. We recheck labs at 90 days and fine-tune your dose.

Answer a few health questions — a licensed provider reviews online. No waiting rooms.

Once approved, your medication ships discreetly to your door.

Physician-guided support and check-ins keep results on track.

Take 1 tablet by mouth every morning on empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before food; dose adjusted on TSH/Free T4 at 6-8 weeks
Thyroid hormone must not be used for weight loss. Doses larger than your body needs can be dangerous, especially alongside other weight loss medication.
Tell your care team straight away if you get chest pain, a pounding or racing or irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, tremor or sweating or feeling overheated, or you lose weight without meaning to and cannot sleep.
Common side effects
Rare but serious
Do not take this if you have adrenal insufficiency that has not been treated first.
This is not a complete list of side effects. Message your care team about any symptom that worries you.
On an empty stomach, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast, with water. Consistency matters more than the exact time — take it the same way every day.
Calcium, iron, magnesium, some antacids and high-fibre foods. Separate these by at least four hours. Coffee too close to your dose can also reduce absorption.
Some people notice change within two weeks, but the full effect of a dose takes around six weeks. That is also when your clinician will usually recheck your labs.
Not necessarily. Dose adjustments guided by TSH and free T4 are normal, particularly in the first few months and after any significant weight change.
